Seba Asé Orders, Returns and Shipping Policy


At Seba Asé, we believe your online shopping experience should be enjoyable, simple and successful.  To that end, we have designed our ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

 

Payments

We accept several payment methods including all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal.

What are the Processing and Handling Times?

Preorders:

Processing begins the following business day after preorder sales have ended, excluding weekends and holidays. Grap.

Normal Purchases:

We start processing orders within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to USPS processing times which normally take 1-4 business days. Orders within the US are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number.  International orders are shipped via DHL Express and come with a tracking number.


Shipping

PreOrders:

Shipping Costs: FREE for Preorders over $50 US Dollars (USD) shipped within the US.  International orders are not eligible for shipping discounts.  The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout as it is determined based on the weight of your order.

Normal Purchases:  

Shipping Costs: FREE for orders over $100 US Dollars (USD). International orders are not eligible for shipping discounts.   The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout as it is determined based on the weight of your order.

Shipping: Delivery sent from Indiana, USA.

Order Fulfillment: 24-72 hours - Monday to Friday (Please note this can be extended during Sale periods or other high volume periods)

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after order fulfillment

Tracking Number: Sent to the customer within 24 hours of shipping


Where do you ship to?

We ship all across the USA and internationally to the following areas:   United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore. We are located in Indianapolis, IN and all of our products ship from IN.


How long will my order take after it is shipped?

Transit times are based on your geographical region, products are shipped from IN. The further you are from IN the longer it might take for the products to arrive. Typically all orders that are placed with USPS Economy deliver in

5 to 8 business days. If you are choosing USPS Standard as your shipping method it can take 3 to 4 business days for the product to arrive after orders have been processed and fulfilled.  For international orders, shipping times shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

 

Do we deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. As we use express courier services, our shipping agent requires us to list a physical delivery address along with a valid contact phone number.


Which courier company do you use for shipping?

Currently most of our shipments are sent via USPS, with international shipments sent via DHL Express.  Shipment tracking is fully integrated into our webshop.  If you require further information please get in touch via the Contact Us form.


Shipping & Handling

Please note: Seba Asé will not be held responsible for any customs/taxes/duties that may be payable in certain countries – as these are beyond our control and the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure if your country has any, we advise you to contact your local customs office and find out before you place your order with us.

Seba Asé is not liable for any losses incurred in situations where the order is undeliverable following multiple delivery attempts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery can be made to the address provided during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for any loss incurred due to the destruction of the order by the delivery service in the event of the order being deemed undeliverable by the delivery service.

Additionally, once the package has been successfully delivered as per the information provided by our delivery service, Seba Asé assumes no responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage, including theft or misplacement. Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery locations and take necessary precautions to avoid package theft post-delivery. Please note that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for goods that have been successfully delivered and subsequently stolen or misplaced.

Estimated delivery times are for items we have in stock, from the date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office.

Please note: Seba Asé reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. While we ensure that all orders are processed within the specified time frame, any delays incurred during shipping are beyond our control.


Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you with the option of either amending your order, or shipping products immediately and the remaining balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). We may also elect to refund you for the items that we cannot provide.


Order Status & Returns

Seba Asé will only make a refund where we are unable to fulfill your order due to insufficient stock, so please select carefully before purchasing. No refunds on customized apparel.

If you realize that you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately via text or email (not via social media) and we may be able to correct your order. Please note that we process orders daily, and once the order has been picked, packed and/or shipped we are unable to assist you with any correction.
